Professional Water Removal
While most people think of rising flood waters as the main reason for massive damage to a home or business, it’s actually the small, overlooked areas that cause the most damage. Leaking or broken pipes, malfunctioning washing machine or dishwasher, or sink overflow can create just as much damage as a flood. Our technicians will provide all of the services in order to cleanup all of the water and repair the damages. We will also work directly with your insurance company so you can concentrate on getting your life back to normal as quickly as possible. Our number one priority is to make this process as simple as possible.
There are three types of water damage:
- Clean Water: no harmful contaminants. Rainwater is the most common form of clean damage from water to a property.
- Gray Water: has some contaminants in it. This could be an appliance that has a water supply line that floods over – like the ice maker in a refrigerator or washing machine.
- Black water: Contains harmful and dangerous contaminants. Avoid direct contact with it at all costs! Black water is caused from sewer backups or toilet overflows, and is most commonly referred to as sewage. A flood from a natural disaster or strong storm can result in other black water infiltrating your property.
